And now back to the future...

Our garage floor has been dirtied up a little bit.  Nothing a big broom won't take care of.  At least it's something resembling flat.  I think they may pour some concrete on top of it anyway.  Just for good measure.

You'll have to forgive the wife... she's just obsessed with the crane.

She's actually been talking to our sales person at Ryan about having this one left on the property.  The problem is it's too late to make changes.

This is the ditch.  At the end is 1st base.  I'm not sure when 2nd and 3rd will be put down, or why 1st is green.  Must be a code thing.

Thus far, what we've seen are holes, dirt, chunks of foundation, and cranes.  Now, at least, we see something resembling a house.  On the far left, you can see a notch that will one day be a window - or the closest thing you can get to a window in a room mostly below ground.  But in the distance, almost dead-center of the frame, you can see the top of a window!  An actual window!  Blinds have not yet gone up.

A slightly better view of the window, taken while Alicia was falling to the right.  Or the house was sinking to the left.  Though I love my wife, I really hope it was not the latter.

This is the view from the other side of the crane.  For anyone looking for a gift for the wife for her birthday this year, the model number on this crane is clearly in sight.  Just saying.

Anyway, this is the 3rd base path.  Because our house is home, get it?  I am so funny, I should be a starving comedian.

That's all for now!
